Bathroom Remodeling Elements
Bathroom remodeling is all about design elements, and there are loads to choose from. In my remodeling design article I mentioned one place to look. I promise you that at Weinstein’s you’ll find something unique that you’ll truly love. They are a little more expensive but the inspiration might be worth it.
However, the main selection you’ll get to make has to do with tile design. Therefore you’ll want to check out the tile design showrooms, and in Newtown Square Floor and Decor is convenient, with locations in Berwyn and Broomall. We’ll help you put all your elements together and communicate to you how we’ll accomplish it.
Need More Space?
In case you’re thinking that your need more space, we can knock down a wall to add more space. Of course the adjacent room will lose the space. But in the case of a master bath it might be a real solution.
Also, with smaller families today it’s popular to combine two bedrooms into a master suite. You know your neighborhood and whether that is a design improvement that will add resale value to your house. But it’s always an option.
If you’ll stay with the same footprint, no worries, this shower stall we just completed is the exact same size as the one it replaced.
New Tub or Shower Stall?
A bathroom remodel always includes new tile on the floor, right? So the question is then, should you put in a new bathtub as well? Once the bathroom floor is out and the walls around the tub are stripped down to the studs to remove any existing tile, the bathtub can be easily replaced or even a shower stall put in. Whatever works for you. Aren’t choices fun?!
And if you’re going modern and looking for a luxury shower stall instead, we can do that to. We can take out the tub and use the bare floor beneath to build your shower stall. Have a look at some beautiful tile designs available at local tile specialty stores. You can look at books of designs or even full-sized displays in some stores. As your contractor we do a great job of installing the tile as well as all your fixtures, vanities, mirrors, etc.
