Electrical Work
We do electrical work like replacing a light fixture or hanging a chandelier. We can put in under-counter lighting or new recessed lighting fixtures, in your kitchen, bathroom or basement. Do you have a ceiling fixture that seems to be broken? We can either fix the problem or replace it. Sometimes the switch is the culprit, or it could actually be wired wrong. We can diagnose the problem and get you back in operation again. We’ve helped many people with electrical repairs.
Maybe you only need new receptacles or a switch to replace what’s there. Loose wires on switches and outlets cause fires in addition to not functioning properly, so get them looked at. If the light is not working and the bulb is good then a likely cause is the switch.
We recently got a call on a LED chandelier that wasn’t working properly. After testing everything we discovered it wasn’t wired correctly, which damaged the fixture. We had to both run a new wire and take the chandelier down to repair it. Give us a call and we’ll get the job done right for you too.
Plumbing Work
Why not replace that dripping or leaking faucet with a new Moen that has a lifetime warranty? And leaking toilets are the worst for pouring money down the drain.
And if you have a leak under the sink, that has to be fixed too. Either supply or drain pipes can cause the problem. A leaking faucet, drain, supply line or shutoff valve can be fixed or replaced. Why let it continue and ruin the cabinet floor beneath it? We can fix or replace any leaking shutoff value.
We can replace your garbage disposal too if it’s not working properly. And we can install a new dishwasher for you as well. That’s about it for the kitchen.
In the bathroom we can swap out your old toilet for a new Kohler, which is the best made. They are heavier and have more porcelain so you won’t have rust problems inside the bowl. Of course we have you covered for swapping out a beat up vanity for a new one. Watch the low-end vanity tops, they’re truly worthless, give them a week and they’ll be stained. And we can’t forget the new bathroom faucet with a pop-up drain. Make sure you get one of those too.
